Trust and transparency

Editorial policy

Principles for independence, neutrality and quality control.

Principles

We separate documented medical information, editorial interpretation and self-reported experience. We do not recommend individual treatments or present popularity as efficacy.

Neutrality

Positive, negative and neutral experiences follow the same moderation criteria. Future commercial relationships must not determine conclusions, rankings or moderation and must be disclosed.

Review and updates

Material medical claims require official or primary sources. Content should show authorship, publication and review dates and references. Material corrections remain traceable.

Technology assistance

AI tools may assist drafting or production, but they do not replace source verification or editorial responsibility. Material use should be disclosed when relevant. MERALVIA does not claim to have a medical team that does not exist.

Limits

Content is general information, not medical advice. Community data is self-reported, may be biased and is shown only under minimum-sample and transparency rules.
