Method and limitations
The Observatory describes approved self-reported entries. It does not clinically verify experiences or establish causation.
A metric is published only when its specific sample reaches 30 valid responses; the same threshold applies to each filter and period.
Correction, withdrawal and deletion controls remain part of the same privacy architecture.
Origin shown
Community data is always labelled self-reported.
Approved only
Pending, rejected, hidden and withdrawn records are excluded.
Appropriate summaries
Medians and percentile ranges are preferred when appropriate.
Responsible filters
Filters stay hidden when samples become too small.
