Hierarchy
For safety, indications and regulation we prioritise EMA, AEMPS, official product information and public bodies. For efficacy or mechanisms, primary studies and systematic reviews. Press releases and secondary sources provide context only.
Citation
References identify author or organisation, title, available date, link and review date. We do not invent citations or conceal uncertainty.
Conflicts and commercial sources
Manufacturer sources are labelled and material claims are cross-checked. Relevant editorial conflicts must be disclosed.
