Trust and transparency
Methodology
How content, experiences and community statistics are prepared.
Last updated:
Documented content
We prioritise regulatory documents, health authorities, clinical guidelines and primary studies. Community sources do not replace medical evidence.
Experiences
Submissions are self-reported and free text remains pending until human review. Moderation applies safety and publication rules; it does not medically validate a story.
Statistics
Only approved experiences with active consent contribute. Pending, rejected, hidden, withdrawn and deleted records are excluded. Aggregates below MIN_PUBLIC_SAMPLE_SIZE = 30 are suppressed and sample size, window and update date are shown.
Each metric uses its own valid denominator. Medians and percentiles appear only with sufficient data; 1/3/6/12-month check-ins are self-reported snapshots. Observed patterns do not establish causation.
Bias and limits
The sample is not random or representative of all users. Selection, recall, survivorship and measurement biases may apply. Weight and effects are reports, not verified clinical outcomes.
