Workflow
Every new experience is pending. Free text is never auto-published. A human moderator may approve, reject, hide, restore or withdraw through allowed transitions with an auditable event.
Criteria
Positive, negative and neutral experiences are moderated under the same criteria.
- Spam, undisclosed advertising, impersonation, illegal content and abusive duplication are rejected.
- Personal data about the author or third parties, abuse, promotional or suspicious links and potentially dangerous medical claims or instructions are removed.
- Agreement with an editorial view is never an approval condition.
Publication and statistics
Editorial approval, permission to publish anonymous text and permission for aggregation are independent controls. Rejected, hidden, withdrawn and deleted records are neither public nor included in new statistics.
Reports and review
Public reporting is not yet active. Until then, report an issue to contacto@meralvia.com. An approved experience can be hidden during review and later withdrawn.
